Shipping policy

At Go Electric Mobility (PTY) Ltd, we want to get you riding your new e-bike, scooter, or go-kart as soon as possible. We’ve partnered with Bob Go to integrate with South Africa’s most reliable courier networks.

Shipping Costs

• Brand New E-Bikes & Kickscooters: We offer FREE Shipping nationwide on all new e-bike and electric kickscooter orders.

• Standard Shipping (Parts, Accessories & Other Vehicles): A flat rate of R110 applies to all other orders.

Express Delivery Options

Need your gear faster? We offer express options for selected areas. (Please note: Express delivery times are typically 1–3 working days from dispatch).

• Cape Town Express Shipping: R300

• Gauteng Express Shipping: R700

Important Note on Batteries: Due to strict aviation regulations regarding large lithium batteries, electric vehicles do not qualify for Air Freight. The fastest available road freight service will automatically be used.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few hours for the courier's system to update.

Delivery Notes

• Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.

• A signature is required upon delivery for high-value items.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@goelectric.co.za within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the issue.
