Watt a Win! – Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Go Electric Mobility (Pty) Ltd, a company incorporated in South Africa.

2. Competition Period

The “Watt a Win!” competition begins on 16 May 2025 and ends at 23:59 SAST on 16 June 2025.
No late entries will be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to all residents of South Africa.

  • Employees, directors, and agents of Go Electric Mobility (Pty) Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:
✅ Follow or Like our official Facebook/Instagram page
✅ Share the competition post to your story or feed & TAG US! (ensure visibility is set to public)
✅ Tag 3 friends in the comments of the competition post

🔁 Bonus: Each additional comment tagging 3 new friends = 1 extra entry

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Hero Lectro C6 Electric Bicycle, including free delivery anywhere in South Africa.

  • The prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

  • Prize colour/specification is subject to availability.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • A winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced on 17 June 2025 on Go Electric Mobility’s official Facebook/Instagram pages.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message. If there is no response within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

7. General

  • By entering, participants confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

  • Participants fully release Facebook and Instagram from any liability related to this competition.

  • Go Electric Mobility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

8. Personal Data & Publicity

  • By entering, participants consent to having their first name and/or social media handle shared publicly if selected as the winner.

  • Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

  • No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Go Electric Mobility will not be held responsible for:

  • Incomplete or invalid entries

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

  • Loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the competition or use of the prize
